🔄 Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day after you receive your order — no questions asked.

To cancel or return your order, please notify us in writing at [your email] within 14 days of receiving your item(s). You then have another 14 days to return the goods.


📦 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them.
  • You must have proof of purchase (e.g., order number or confirmation email).

⚠️ Hygiene Notice: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used beauty/cosmetic products
  • Skincare or makeup items where hygiene seals have been broken
    unless the item is faulty or damaged.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty or incorrect items).


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following (unless faulty):

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items marked “Final Sale”
  • Personalised or custom-made products

📦 Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a refund, replacement, or exchange, depending on the situation.
